Situated within the Craik Eco-Centre the Solar Garden Restaurant is an absolutely beautiful facility that has been designed to make your dining out an enjoyable and unique experience, year 'round! The atmosphere is second to none anywhere in Saskatchewan with a wide-open, spacious dining area, a rustic wood timber design that is quite simply amazing, sun-drenched skylights, friendly staff eager to serve and all quietly nestled on the picturesque Arm River Valley.

The Restaurant - A Unique Dining Experience

The Solar Garden Restaurant is a very unique concept that is unlike most other restaurant you will find today. We are committed to using eco-friendly principles to operate, maintain and most importantly cook your meal at the restaurant. Locally grown food is used whenever possible to do so. The majority of the water we use is collected and stored during rainy weather and run through a series of ecological friendly filters to a very high standard of quality. A very large, one-of-a-kind, stone built wood stove is used to cook our breads, buns and pastries to perfection and doubles as a heat source in the winter months, At the Solar Garden we do our absolute best to keep our meals as healthy and low calorie as possible (and still taste great!) and we take pride in our ability to serve you, "our guest," with a smile!

Meeting and Conference Rooms

The Solar Garden is available for meetings, conferences and gatherings, private or corporate. We have a large area that can seat up to 50 individuals or it can be split up to accommodate one or two smaller groups.

It's a great location for companies with offices in both Regina and Saskatoon

or surrounding area to "meet in the middle". A meeting, some great food and maybe a round of golf adds up to a great day!

The Menu

We are very proud of our menu which boast the use of local products as much as possible. From vegetable to beef and buffalo we use locally grown and raised produce whenever they are available to us. As well we strive to serve health conscious meals that are lower in calories which can be a part of a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Our menu includes a delicious

Bison burger you just have to try.

The Bison beef we use is purchased from a local rancher who raises the Bison on his farm near Craik!

Fun Facts:

We make all our own buns and breads that we serve with our meals. They are cooked in a large oven specially built out of stone and uses wood as its only heat source.

And they taste just like Grandma used to make!

If you are a health conscious eater you will want to try our fresh potato wedges. They are an excellent substitute for french fries, they taste great and are good for you too!
